SECEN UNLU MAMÜLLER

About Company
Founded in 2013 in the Uluç neighborhood of Konyaaltı district, Secen Gıda began as a modest bakery operation. With increasing production capacity, the company decided to invest in a larger facility and relocated to a newly built production plant in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone in 2020. Since August 2020, operations have continued at this new site.
Secen Gıda now produces under 11 main categories, including a wide variety of baked goods such as bread and sandwich rolls, leavened products, syrup-based desserts, cakes, cookies, manti (Turkish dumplings), breadsticks, chocolate, confectionery (like halva and Turkish delight), snacks (such as stuffed vine leaves, lupini beans, and çiğ köfte), dairy products, and ice cream.
A significant portion of production is delivered as semi-finished goods, with final steps like baking or syrup infusion completed at delivery locations. This approach ensures that the end consumer receives products fresh.
The company supplies the region’s largest local supermarket chain, Tahtakale Spot AVM, national café chains, and numerous food wholesalers.
Secen Gıda places a strong emphasis on food safety and quality. In addition to the necessary food production licenses from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the company also holds ISO 22000 and ISO 9001:2000 quality certifications.
Our mission is to contribute to making high-quality food products accessible to everyone. Our goal is to become a leading brand in the national and, eventually, the international food industry—ensuring sustainable quality, efficiency, and employment growth.
