D&C Mechanical, established with 20 years of engineering and manufacturing experience, is a 100% domestic company with design and manufacturing capabilities, constantly keeping up with evolving technology to develop high-quality and cost-effective products that meet the durable world standards we live in.
We offer our products and services under our commercial brand "ASEL TURNSTILE."
D&C Mechanical, led by Mr. Tuncer Özenen with over 40 years of industry and trade experience, was founded as a design office in Istanbul under the leadership of our General Manager, Doruk Özenen. Doruk Özenen, after a 20-year professional management career, embarked on a journey to bring our own brand, ASEL TURNSTILE, to the industry by utilizing production technologies that would add value to our country. At that time, making the vision of being the firm offering the highest quality service in the industry an indispensable goal became the most important element of our corporate culture.
When our initial productions began on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, our production and technical service area was realized in a 150m2 area. However, with the mutually trusting relationships we quickly established with our customers, in order to meet the demands of our growing customer base, we expanded our services. First, our technical service office on the European side was added, followed by our sales office, bringing our total service and production area to 600m2.
With our customer-oriented service approach that we have maintained since our establishment, we continue to provide innovative and original turnstile productions, technical service, and software solutions to meet the needs of companies and institutions.
In order to accurately and flawlessly meet the needs of our customers and provide sustainable quality, we have implemented international quality management systems. Within this framework, we have obtained ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System; ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management System; and ISO 31000:2018 Corporate Risk Management System certificates.
To be able to respond more quickly to increasing production capacity and customer demands, in 2023, we moved our production area in Istanbul to our factory in Sakarya. Currently, all our productions are carried out in our production facilities with a total area of 4000m2, consisting of 1500m2 closed and 2500m2 open areas.
Our technical service points and sales offices continue to serve as showrooms on both the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul.
