Emin Confectionery, headquartered in Konya in 1974, started its activities in the confectionery sector in the production of Turkish delight, sugar and cezerye groups. In 1982, it included the jelly group in its product range. Thanks to its stability and understanding of quality in production, Emin Confectionery started to take the first steps of the branding process in this field by shifting its production from the Turkish delight and sugar group completely to the jelly and gel candy group in 1986.
Emin Confectionery, which became aware of the developing and changing trend in 1993 thanks to its innovative vision and R&D studies, started to specialize in this field by directing its new investments and energy to the field of jelly and gel candy. Working meticulously on this new product, whose production process and technical details are different from Turkish delight and sugar group, it became one of the firsts of Turkey by establishing an industrial gel candy and jelly facility in the same year.
