Acarsan was established in 1997 and has since grown into one of Türkiye’s largest and most modern production facilities in the food industry. The company began its operations in 2003 with a daily flour production capacity of 600 tons. Over the years, it has continuously expanded its capacity, reaching a total daily production of 1,850 tons, including 400 tons of pasta, 700 tons of semolina, and 150 tons of instant noodles.
Banetti Pasta, one of the company’s flagship brands, is produced from 100% durum wheat semolina, offering high-quality products inspired by Anatolia’s rich culinary heritage. The fully integrated production facility operates under advanced computer-controlled systems, ensuring strict quality control at every stage, from raw materials to final products.
Acarsan holds numerous international certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HALAL, KOSHER, TSE, BRC, and IFS. With its strong production capacity and commitment to quality, the company exports its Banetti brand to many countries across the Far East, Middle East, Asia, Europe, South America, and North America.
