Ergıda Food Industry and Trade Inc. was established in 1997. Since 1998, it has continued its production in its 1500 m² indoor facility in the Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone. Following technological advancements in the baked goods sector, Ergıda was the first in Türkiye to produce Rumeli-style pastries in a factory setting.
Ergıda manufactures and sells frozen baked goods, frozen coated products, and packages frozen fruits and vegetables. It meticulously manages every stage of production, from raw material selection to reaching the end consumer. With its world-class production standards, Ergıda holds FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) and Halal certifications.
The company sells its products in the domestic market under its own brands, Lapestos and Ergıda. For its international customers, it also produces private label products in desired grammages and packaging using a flexible production model. In terms of exports, it primarily targets the Middle East (Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, Israel) and numerous countries in Europe. With its extensive sectoral experience, the company has achieved significant commercial success in both domestic and international markets; and it continuously conducts research and development activities to introduce its business partners and consumers to new tastes and flavors.
