Ana Shishe is a modern glass packaging manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality glass bottles and jars for food and beverage industries. Built on decades of industrial expertise, the company was established to serve both domestic and international markets with reliable, scalable, and technologically advanced manufacturing capabilities. 

Our Facility & Production

Industrial complex built on 50 hectares with modern infrastructure.

Two automated glass manufacturing lines operating at 120 tons per day capacity. 

Production includes flint (clear) and colored soda-lime glass, meeting global packaging and safety standards. 

Manufacturing Technology

Our production process is fully automated — from raw material handling to final packaging:

Batch Plant & Furnace:
Automated weighing, blending, and melting at approx. 1,550°C. 

Forming:
10-section IS machines create lightweight and ultra-lightweight bottles and jars in precision molds. 

Annealing & Coating:
Controlled stress-relief in lehr chambers with protective coatings applied for smooth handling and durability. 

Inspection & Packaging:
German CSW and BMF systems with up to 16-camera 360° inspection reject any non-compliant product before automated packing. 

Quality Control

Ana Shishe operates an advanced in-house laboratory performing:

Thickness, weight & volume checks

Chemical analysis

Thermal shock testing

Vertical load & pressure resistance tests

Only products that pass all inspections are approved for shipment.
