Established in 2016, ALTUNFOOD Food Import Export Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., a subsidiary of the Altunkaya Group, brings MAHMOOD RICE and ALTUNSA branded products together with consumers in the Turkish market. The company continues its operations with headquarters based in Gaziantep, Türkiye. 

In 2018, under the GRAND brand, Altunfood expanded its operations beyond aluminum sales and started manufacturing innovative systems such as pergolas, bioclimatic systems, rolling roofs, and guillotine glass solutions. Building on its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, the company strengthened its international presence by establishing a production facility in Erbil, Iraq in 2023. 

In 2020, the company entered the export market for chewing gum, biscuits, cakes, chocolate, and chocolate products. Altunfood also produces coffee under its QU brand.
