About Company
Lidersan Ambalaj was established at the end of 2015 as a part of Altunkaya Group of Companies, with the mission to manufacture hygienic components used in the production of baby diapers, adult incontinence products, sanitary napkins, and wet wipes — such as textile backsheets, printed wicketed baby diaper outer bags, bundle films, polybacksheets, elastic back ears, side tapes, and single wraps.
Starting its operations in a 25,000 m² closed area with flexographic printing and PE film extrusion lines, the company entered the flexible packaging industry with a strong technological foundation. In the following years, by implementing 5S and TPM lean manufacturing techniques, Lidersan Ambalaj became one of only four packaging companies in Türkiye to receive R&D Center certification from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
With continued investments in PE film extrusion, the company reached a production capacity of 1,500 tons per month in 2019. In 2020, it expanded its closed production area to 50,000 m² and commissioned its rotogravure printing facility in 2021. Today, Lidersan Ambalaj operates as a fully integrated facility, offering advanced solutions including EVOH/PA/PP barrier film, PE film extrusion, flexographic and rotogravure printing, solvent and solvent-free lamination, slitting, laser perforation, doypack and flat bottom pouch production, and converting processes.
Aligned with the mission and vision of the Altunkaya Group, Lidersan Ambalaj contributes to reducing Türkiye’s current account deficit by producing many high-value products previously imported from abroad. With its innovative approach, strong R&D focus, and commitment to export excellence, the company continues to strengthen its position as a trusted global supplier in the flexible packaging industry.
