Established in 2013 and headquartered in Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong, China, Guangdong Juyecheng New Material Co., Ltd. covers an area of 16,500 square meters. We employ a team of 150 professionals, including 4 specialized engineers, 3 designers, 5 QC inspectors, and 4 dedicated after-sales service personnel.
Juyecheng specializes in the R&D, design, production, and sales of Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) doors. Our main product portfolio includes 100% WPC hollow doors, WPC skin doors, matching frames and architraves, WPC flooring, and WPC wall panels, offering a comprehensive interior decoration solution.
With robust manufacturing capabilities, we maintain an annual production capacity of 200,000 door sets. Our facility is equipped with 20 extrusion lines for WPC raw materials and 12 advanced surface treatment lines for painting, UV heat transfer, PUR/PVC lamination, and cold glue lamination. We also operate a dedicated production line for WPC skin doors, ensuring strict quality control throughout the entire vertical manufacturing process.
Through continuous R&D efforts, Juyecheng has secured over 100 patents. We have passed ISO9001 Quality Management System standards, CE certification, and FSC certification, and have been honored as a "Top Brand of Green Environmental Protection."
