Saman Tahvieh Iranian Company (STI) was established to reform and optimize energy consumption in 1995. For this purpose, the company started supplying, manufacturing, and installing STI pre-insulated ducts, and producing flexible STI ducts, elastomeric thermal and cryogenic insulation, and STI FlEX sound insulation. The production capacity of this company has been 2000 meters of a variety of flexible ducts per day since 2016. Furthermore, to transfer new technologies to the country (Iran), Saman Tahvieh Iranian Company has imported and installed fully automatic galvanized ducts (Seven Super). This production line produces 1500 square meters of rectangular galvanized ducts every 8 hours. It must be mentioned that there are only 50 series of this fully automatic production line in the world. All parts, including Straight, 4way, bends, etc., with all their accessories, are fully automatically produced by a Plasma CNC machine and Super Seven line. All products have credible domestic and international certificates, including the partner laboratory of the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Tehran Province, Razi Metallurgical Research Center, and Road, Housing & Urban Development Research Center. In addition to construction, hospital, oil, gas, and petrochemical projects, this company produces and supplies special parts for railway wagons, Due to the sensitivity and high quality of the parts used in this industry, having the satisfaction and consent of reputable companies active in this area proves realization of the company's motto: "The difference is in the details."
